Walkable Beach House
Just blocks from the beach, enjoy the stylish experience of Casa Bonita, a beautiful townhome with partial ocean views. It's centrally located in downtown and walking distance to most everything! This is in the new Seaside neighborhood, a great location for you, family, and friends! This is my home that I rent while I am away so, please treat it as your own.
This house is a 3 story unit first floor is the entry, 2nd story include 1 bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, living the 3rd story with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms attached and laundry room. 3 blocks to the beach, partial ocean views, near the San Diego Safari Park, Lego land, top restaurants, breweries. Close to train station and there is an inexpensive community shuttle. No need to have your car here if you don't want to drive!
