New Coastal Cottage with Pool

Welcome to The Palm Cottage! You and your family can unwind by taking a dip in the community pool or enjoying the refreshing breeze on the balcony. A quick drive will take you to Rockport beach or to the ferry that goes to Port Aransas. Our cozy cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an outdoor balcony, covered boat parking, a barbecue grill, and a comfortable outdoor living area. You'll also have access to the community pool and boat wash station. The cottage is just two miles away from Cove Harbor boat launch and several restaurants.

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time here celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday with a few of her friends. The girls had a blast, the pool was perfect, and we could still smell the salt air!! Definitely would stay here again. The house is also so cute inside. Fully equipped and open space.

Amazing Engagement Vacation

This house was so beautiful. The space was on point. The pool was in perfect distance for my daughtes and grandchildren. Loved the downstairs stairs set up with BBQ Pit and chairs. My NOW fiancé thought it was the perfect location and time to propose. This well be a placed to come back to know to celebrate this precious moment!.
