Our historic home is located in the heart of Aransas Pass, just blocks from Conn Harbor, where you can find some of the best fishing in the area. Our home isn't just for fishermen, though. Families love the location for its proximity to beaches, parks, shopping and more. Located on a large lot, surrounded by lots of old oak trees, we have managed to keep the quaint feel of this 100+ year old house intact, while still remodeling and updating the facilities to give you the perfect blend of old meets new.

Plenty of space for a nice group of people and private enough to be able to sit back and relax.

The House was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. We loved sitting out on the huge porch in the. Openings and evenings and the property is private enough to be able to enjoy some peace and quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great place if you are staying local or even headed to Corpus Christi or other areas. The ferry ride is close by and made it easy getting back and forth. We would definitely consider it again if we were in the area. Thanks!

Chillin' and Grillin'

Went to coast with my hubby and another couple. Had a great time. The house was plenty big with a cool old bar. We were able to grill our catch of the day on the big grill in the backyard. If you are looking for a place to relax, this place has got chillax written over it.
