• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home; dining table seats eight, plus four barstools for additional seating



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features a double vanity and jetted tub



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

Beautiful unit! Squeaky clean. Quiet. Comfy beds. Everything in good working order. Great kitchen with all the items we needed to make great dinners. Nice pool and grilling area. The condo was beautiful. Very clean and nice. I feel like what people pay to enjoy beach with children u should not have to worry about people fishing right on top of u. Y’all have rules for everything else but fishing. I feel like there is a problem in ur system. I know for a fact u have fishing piers for people. We had someone catch a hammer head right by us yes it was a small one but it died because it was left out of water way too long. I call that a problem!!!! I was very impressed with the condo but u need to regroup on some of ur rules.

This is our third stay at a Marlin key condo and it never disappoints. Love the updated security with the gate out front! This condo was nicely decorated, clean, and just as wonderful as we imagined it would be. Won’t stay anywhere else in orange beach!
