Great place, not the nicest location

This placed worked fine for our needs. The townhome itself was fine- good amenities, clean. The neighborhood unfortunately isn’t the best. There was loud music a few nights from neighbors, with police showing up one morning across the street. There was typically a group of people congregating down the street (not sure if they were homeless or not). I felt fine inside the home, but I never opened the blinds or walked around the neighborhood.
