The house was clean and well appointed. It is one of several bungalows that share the outdoor amenities including the pool. There are rules posted everywhere, ranging from small signs posing as decor, to large warnings about video surveillance. The city has a noise ordinance, and there is a monitoring sensor installed in the house. Also, the property manager is strict about check-in, so don't arrive before 4pm.

Hi Noelle, We found that posting multiple rule lists, even ones posing as decor, is quite helpful for those who might forget easily not to bring glass to the pool, or please don't leave the sliding glass door and windows open while the AC is on, etc., etc. Just as an example. And we always allow our guests to check in before 4 p.m. when arranged in advanced, prior to arriving at the bungalow hours before. The guest prior to you might have made arrangements well before checking out, for a late check-out or in the event housekeeping has a stacked day. But I truly understand. I just went to the Bank yesterday morning. Arrived at 8:30a.m., (opens at 9a.m.) employees were inside, but the doors were locked and they wouldn't allow me to come in early . I mean really, don't they know who I am?
