Southern Village Estates is conveniently located close to Arizona State University, Mill Ave and Tempe Mills Shopping, South Mountain hiking, the Phoenix, Zoo, and many professional sports activities. Light rail is 2.5 mile away for transport to downtown Phoenix or the airport. The 10, 202, and Superstition freeways are very accessible. Why they chose this property

This is an established neigborhood. All homes are single level with only one common wall and sharing of a courtyard. Although they are called condos, they really offer the feel of a single detached family home.
