Cute Little Spot

This was a great last minute find, cozy little cottage. The place looks newly renovated and very clean. The only issues we had were the busy road next to the house and most of the windows did not have screens (bugs) and could not stay open on their own and needed to be propped open. The place is very close to a lot of scenic spots. All in all a great stay.

Wasn't happy

We were surprised to find the grass a foot tall upon pulling into the used to be gravel driveway, which has been taken over by weeds. The boat in the photo with the pretty flowers...is big weeds. The property is literally off the side of the road of a busy road. We had a toddler and couldn't let him walk around outside unassisted. The power went out as soon as we arrived and I called the property manager and she answered instantly. She was very communicative about us being unsatisfied and she agreed to let us check-out the next day. She's a very nice person to work with. The place does NOT have air conditioning and its pretty hot in the middle of the day there. All the other rentals I looked at, did. Most of the screens in the windows are missing so we couldnt even leave the windows open. There was fuzz and dust piles behind doors and in corners. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. The shower is so small, that to shave my legs I almost water logged myself. Just look at another rental.
