The property was clean, comfortable and the check in was seamlesss. The neighborhood was quiet and close to plenty of food options. Overall the stay was great and hassle-free.
We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location was great, both for visiting NC State and getting around downtown. Everything was as described, very clean, and the beds were comfy. Only hitch was the door code not working when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved. We would definitely rent again.
Really enjoyed this location. More character than a hotel. Fully functional kitchen. Parking area was very convenient. Everything was in great condition. Getting in with the door code was very smooth and the Roku TV even has guest mode so we could safely stream from our own accounts.
I loved staying in this apartment and getting a feel for the neighborhoods of Raleigh. Walking distance to nice places to eat and shop and it felt like I was really living here for a few days. Clean and thoughtfully furnished and an overall great experience!
This beautiful property is in a neighborhood of renovated early to mid 1900’s homes abounding in character. It was close to downtown without feeling closed in. There was great walking/running places all around. Easy walk to Five Points which offers and eclectic menu of experiences.
Really enjoyed our stay in this cute, comfortable apartment! Great location, clean and great management who responded immediately to a need. Highly recommend and will use again when visiting our friends here.
We were moving our son to the area and needed a place to stay. The property was conveniently located, was clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. We didn’t need the kitchwn
We absolutely loved our time at the Acorn Manor. It was such a perfect place for two couples. Very comfortable and cosy.
The only thing i would recommend is providing earplugs (or bring your own). We were woken up multiple times throughout the night by people partying in the other units, the walls are very thin but that’s what you should expect with an old beautiful manor! Other than the noise it was 10/10
Stayed here when visiting my daughter for parents weekend. It was convenient and affordable. Most of the weekend I walked the 2 mi to & from campus, occasionally grabbing a scooter to speed the trip. The kitchen was stocked with the essential ingredients (regular & decaf coffee, filters). The property was clean & as pictured. I would definitely stay here again.
This place was immaculate. Since covid, hotels are poorly staffed and service is just not up to standards. This was our first VRBO. it was a flawless transaction.
As stated it was clean and had everything you needed. The only thing we found odd…there was a door to the outside in the living room, the kitchen and the extra bedroom. If you have small children sleeping in the 2nd bedroom, it way be a worry.
A few suggestions….add more seating in the living room and maybe a bench at the end of the bed for suitcases.
The unit was easy to find(even for DoorDash) and parking easily accessible and well marked.
There are plenty outlets for devices and while it was very hot outside the temperature in the unit stayed constant. We were very comfortable.
The host was friendly, quick to respond and answered all questions thoroughly.
We would stay here again.
