We enjoyed our stay, great location for us, and nice neighborhood. My only “complaint” would be that the kitchen is not very well stocked- lacking in utensils, pot holders, and items needed for cooking. We had to buy a baking dish and a pitcher.
The owner was very responsive and responded quickly to my questions. House was in a quiet neighborhood, in a great location and was clean. Well appointed with everything we needed.
Everything about this stay was perfect. Location was quiet with nature all around. The house was clean roomy and so well maintained. Everything you could ask for in a stay. Amanda was responsive to every request and always got back within minutes. Never any issues with the property. Came for the Dreamville Festival and could not have asked for anything better!! Thanks Amanda! You were a great host.
Home was exactly what we needed to visit family at Thanksgiving! Do be careful if you are allergic to ragweed - there are bushes out front and back. Great home and we will be back (just not during allergy season!)

Good but not great.
Host was an incredibly sweet couple. Only issue was getting a hold of them initially upon check in. The building is nice but 100% is old and has some wear & tear. Keep in mind you do live side by side with other people and the walls are very thin. My “neighbors” smoked occasionally and the scent does carry into your living quarters. Overall the place itself is cozy and easy to access in a beautiful neighborhood. Would stay again
