This new construction home sits tucked in with the trees, along the shoreline near a quiet cove. With a tranquil Scandinavian style, you and your guests will feel refreshed after your time spent here. Whether this trip is with family or friends, there's something for everyone and plenty of space!
This beautiful home was just finished in January of 2024. It has a refreshing modern style with an open, inverted floor plan and soaring vaulted ceilings. The top floor includes a beautiful, bright living room, dining area, kitchen, plus an en suite with a full bathroom. From the kitchen, you have access to a large, cozy screened-in porch with a wood-burning fireplace and large flat screen tv, the perfect place for your morning coffee, quiet time with a book or to watch the game. Stepping out the wall of glass in the living room you’ll find yourself on a very large three-story deck overlooking the forest and pathway to the lake. This deck includes a large dining table and a smoker/grill as well.

-If you're looking for extreme convenience this listing isn't for you. It’s a secluded home in a small lake town with incredible scenery, mountains, & PEACE. We're located about 10 min off of the main road & at least 10 mins from the nearest gas station or store. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN BOOKING. If you’re looking to relax & enjoy nature/lake life: this is your spot.
* There are several decks & it is high off of the ground. DO NOT SIT ON ANY OF THE RAILINGS, you will be asked to leave the property. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS & ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! *
** Do Not remove hot tub cover from lift.
Wooded areas around bodies of water are homes to critters such as but not limited to deer, squirrels, rodents, insects, reptiles. We have a pest control company visit quarterly/as needed; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund.
-The trail to the lake is just that, a trail. It is our trail but it is on the Corps of Engineer’s property & a short walk down to the water. If you're in decent physical shape this will be no problem. WEAR APPROPRIATE SHOES. ;) This is a rarity at Center Hill Lake!
- Water levels vary which impacts the beach area as well. This is obviously out of our control.
- We do not provide kayaks. Canoe the Caney offers rentals and trips & is only a few miles away.
If you are not a resident of TN, it would be beneficial for you do your own research on animals, insects, & reptiles that live in this state. Especially around bodies of water.
