Being a family of 5, this condo was just perfect for us. We also loved that we had our own private beach. We loved it so much that we didn’t go to any other beaches! Also, The communication with our host Susan was amazing: not only did she answer our questions very quickly, she even gave us suggestions of where to go.We will definitely be back in the Cape and at this condo for sure !

New years getaway with friends

We had such a nice time the place was so clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the water, we will definitely try this again as our trip was cut short, next time we come will be warmer!

College best friends getaway

We both wanted to get a glimpse of Cape Cod for a few days and just relax and this location was awesome for that purpose! Even though the weather wasn’t all that great, we were able to take a walk on the beach just outside our VRBO!

Good time!

We had a good time staying here. The property is very well taken care of. It is indeed just a short walk to the beach which is fairly large and not eroded like some other beaches on Old Wharf Road. Having access to the hosts beach chairs and umbrella was a nice bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Condo was clean and well appointed! The beach area was lovely and private. Beds were comfy. Only thing missing was washer and dryer but not a major issue as there are local laundromats nearby. The Ocean House is a must visit! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Time

The condo was great. Very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. Beach was steps away and very private. Walking distance to ice cream and restaurants. Susan's information packet was excellent. We loved it and would absolutely like to come again!!

Nice condo

This was a nice condo and in a good location. The property description says it’s oceanfront and it’s not. The building is perpendicular to the ocean and you are just a few feet from the ocean.

We apologize if you were disappointed. We do not advertise, "ocean view" because we are located perpendicular to the ocean. However, the condo is "oceanfront", as our backyard is the Nantucket Sound.

Property was okay. Some repairs needed: jacuzzi tub didn’t hold water, back burner on stove didn’t work.Also had Ring Camera in Kitchen. Though only scanned front door and part of kitchen, made family uncomfortable.Pictures of unit outside need to include entire facility. Current pics give impression that unit faces ocean, it doesn’t.Private beach is great.

You belong in a hotel First. I do not advertise a jacuzzi tub because there is none Second Ring camera is VEBO policy Pointed to front door only. For your protection and ours. Fully transparent on website and lease that you signed. Some folks bring dogs even though against the rules. Not cool. I have allergies so do my guests. So too bad I don’t advertise “ ocean views” from my condo. Though plenty if you open The door and look out. Too bad you didn’t read all my 5 star reviews uses

Short and sweet

I say short and sweet, because our stay was just that. We were only there for the weekend to attend a concert, but the condo was nice and in a great location. Our son loved the all the beach toys available for this experience, along with the games and puzzles too. My wife, myself and my mother enjoyed the beach access and the beach accessories that come with the condo. Susan is very transparent and we loved how flexible she was with us. Our Saturday was a complete wash out, but she let us stay past our check out time to enjoy the condo and beach a little bit longer. We were very appreciative of that! We would definitely stay again!
