Portable air condition. Miles of orv trails next to the property. Less then a mile away from Ogemaw Hills Pathway where you can hike for miles. It also has groomed cross country ski trails and snowmobile trails within a couple miles on cabin. This cabin is built with two main rooms. The basement is outfitted with 2 sets of bunk beds and 1 full size bed. It also has a pull out couch.The main floor has the living room and kitchen on it. All beds will be made with sheets and quilts. The cabin also has towels. The whole cabin is available. There is a large yard with parking onsite. Lots of room for truck and trailers. It has a upper deck with table and chairs. The fire pit is also available with chairs. Firewood onsite. The home does come furnished with cups, plates, and utensils. This includes pots, pans, cutting boards also cookie sheets. Keurig with pods and coffee pot with filters. There is a new propane grill for guest to use.
There is a 50$ per stay fee for dogs. A total of 2 dogs are allowed.
