About this space
Mid-century modern home overlooking Wildcat canyon with succulent garden, porch surrounded by trees and shrubs, and a private Alaskan cedar tub. Lived-in, loved-in and always immaculately clean. Quiet residential area but 12 minutes from downtown Berkeley. Near so many stunning parks/playgrounds/dog parks overlooking the bay. 1:15 from Napa for day trips.
The space
Chefs kitchen with double sinks/ovens and Viking Range, Dishwasher and super stocked with coffee grinder French press and gourmet beans. Beautiful main space with soaring ceilings and balcony with views of tall redwoods. Super comfortable couches (room & board, natuzzi) and recliners make for a perfect place to relax with friends and family. High end mattresses, high-res tv and a tonal/in-home gym.

Quiet and serene-- the cows will wake you up in the morning! That said we do have an in-law apartment so you could hear muffled voices occasionally.
