Bathroom 1: Full bathroom shared by the primary bedroom and adjacent bedroom
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom located across from the smaller bedroom
Bathroom 3: Half bathroom near the living room and hallway

Recreation Passes:
Per The Sea Ranch Association rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.

Sea Ranch and Sonoma County Guidelines
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.
Maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted at the home and must be parked in the driveway. No RVs are permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 7 guests for this home.
