We love this spot between York Village and the harbor beach! Easy to walk to the ocean and local shops and restaurants. The house is well stocked. It was so nice to have beach chairs waiting for us! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Listing was very accurate, we weren't disappointed. There was also a nice selection of books! We enjoyed a lot of walks to the Wiggly Bridge and the Steedman green space. It was fun watching the cormorants and terns and looking for crabs under the bridge. It was maybe a 10 minute drive to Long Sands Beach. We would stay here again.

Great family spot

Clean and updated property at a great location. Nice walks in the morning along the water. It was also great to have beach chairs available - less things we needed to pack.

Great stay!

House was perfect for our family ranging from 22-87 years old. There was enough space for everyone to have privacy while offering enough spaces for us to gather. Location was terrific - convenient to everything we wanted without being loud or busy. Highly recommend!

Very nice property with accommodating owner

We really enjoyed our two week stay. The property had everything we needed. It was central to everywhere we wanted to be and the owner was very easy to work with. Would stay again.

Perfect for our needs

The location and size of the house was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the house nice and clean. Having access to a washer & dryer and a full kitchen were a bigger help than I expected. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Cozy Cape

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is very cozy and comfortable. It is convenient to all the beaches and activities in York but on a quiet street near the Wiggly Bridge. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
