This home is the true sense of the word! From the moment we walked in the door until we locked up to leave it felt like home. Super cozy but with plenty of room for ten adults to have their own space. The home is very clean with plenty of amenities and quintessential Maine charm! Perfect communication, seamless check in and check out. We cant say enough great things about this home, we highly recommend this property and our hosts!

The house is perfect for a large group as long as you can climb stairs. Beds are super comfortable and sun porch as well as living room offer space for groups to gather. Neighborhood is very quiet yet close to everything. We would definitely return.

Excellent Stay!!

It was such a a beautiful comfortable house (with the most comfortable beds!!), and the hosts were so communicative and had super fast response rates. Its also located next the famous Wiggly Bridge which was a fun after noon walk!

Amazing stay!

The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked! We loved hanging out in the sunroom in front, and were able to walk to get food and go to the beach. The host was extremely easy to communicate with. We had a fantastic time.

Great Spot and Great Home

Our family enjoyed Christmas and New Year's Eve in this comfortable and convenient home. The location afforded views of the York River and lovely walks out the front door to the river and nearby York Harbor. Carin was an attentive host, and we left our stay feeling grateful for having found the perfect place for a long hoped-for family reunion.

The house was perfect for our group of 8 friends. Clean & comfortable. Walking distance to Fisherman's Walk, beach, Cliff walk, and village of York. We loved the home including the nice enclosed porch at the end of each day to gather with friends. So glad we came!!

Great house perfect location had everything we needed!

Everything was as described. Comfy beds plenty of room to relax. All the bedrooms are upstairs so those that get up early did have to worry too much about noise. Loved that location did lots of walking, relaxing and laughing. Highly recommend!

Clean, roomy, well stocked kitchen overlooks York river

We had a nice stay at Carin’s. Very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Some nice walks to take like .4 mi to town, less than a mile to York harbor beach. The only part that was a bit of an issue is that the third floor does not have a bathroom and the stairs are a bit narrow getting up to those 2 bedrooms

Perfect home as to use for wedding home base.

We stayed here with our immediate family and extended family for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It was great to meet the other family here for a bbq Thursday night. The bakery cousin backed all the cupcakes and their wedding cake in the kitchen. Oven was perfect! Elderly family members stayed in the “rec” room as there were less steps. This place is perfect for this or a couple of families on a holiday!

Spacious, well appointed house in York, Maine. Great location steps from the Wiggle Bridge and short walk to town and waterfront. Lovely front porch to enjoy views. Lots of space for extended family to spread out. Outdoor furniture was not out for our stay (it was beginning of summer season)

If you need a place with plenty of room this is it.we enjoyed having the front porch to gather. While others played cards in another room. Convenient to go for walks. Many sleeping options with all the beds.
