The house was great for our family! We enjoyed our time there and will stay again! Price was a little steep in comparison to some others in the area but over all a great experience and the host was a pleasure to work with!

Great house for a family that loves the water! Our kids enjoyed bouncing between the pool and the beach all week. The kitchen and dining area accommodated our group of 12 very well.

The home is very beautifully decorated. Our family of 6 each had a room to stay in. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need.

Our family had an amazing stay! We had everything we needed, and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The house was spotless, no weird smells, and not a speck of dust. The backyard was so peaceful and fun – the kids especially loved the pool and tire swing! My only suggestion would be to add TVs in every room for nighttime unwinding, but overall, we were thrilled with everything!

This house was excellent exactly what we needed for our family. Besides hitting every box we needed (bathroom on first floor, pet friendly, pool) it also was in a perfect location not far from anywhere we wanted to go. The owners also conveniently provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, and materials to cook with. We enjoyed our time at this house and would definitely book it again.

Our stay was great. The home was clean, nicely updated and perfect for a multi-family getaway. The pool and adjacent patio were a highlight. If we go back to York, I would definitely stay there again. The only note I have is that it would have been great if the house were stocked with some basics like salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. and paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc. I'd recommend bringing these items, so you don't run the risk of running out. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property!

House was roomy and nice with most everything we needed.Outside property was nice , needed grass to be watered and plants...Maybe their is water ban?

Nice House

Great fun! Bring your own beach chairs. Pool and indoor swing were a hit with the kids. Air conditioning in bedrooms was hard to regulate. Need to walk further (more than 10 minutes) to the beach that doesn’t disappear at high tide.
