2026 Fall Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brooks and Shorey has a great staff. We arrived a couple days after the hurricane when they were still scrambling trying to get power back on. They promised we would get into a condo and they delivered. We will be using them every year.

Location near the beach, my wife loved the float the owner supplied, going to buy one herself. Went on a dolphin trip, wonderful experience. Great shrimp at the Shack just down the street.Would love to come back, thanks!

Summer get away....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, very spacious. The view was great. The furniture in the living room could use an upgrade. The master bed was super comfortable, but the guest beds were not as comfortable. My favorite feature was the cordless vac to suck up the sand, daily.

The condo was very comfortable. The weather was a bit hot, but we stayed out of the sun during peak high UV hours. The beach was very nice, not really crowded at all. The balcony was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireworks display on Wednesday night. The pool was great. It was a very relaxing vacation.

First FL Trip

The condo is very large & accommodated us well. We had couple of issues but these were taken care of quickly. Central location to a lot of places & only 1 1/2 miles to Destin Looking forward to another trip.

Beautiful condo with amazing Gulf views! Balcony was our favorite thing about the property! Covered and private with furniture to sit on to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and spectacular sunsets! Spent most of our time on the balcony, perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise! Would 100% stay at this property again!
