FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! A beautiful and spacious two bedroom two bath unit on the 5th floor with FREE WIRELESS internet access!


This spacious 2 bed 2 bath non-smoking 5th floor condo is located directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The breakfast bar ensures there is plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home. The full size washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. The living room and master bedroom have patio doors leading to a 30' private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. One of the LARGEST two bedrooms on this website! FREE WIRELESS internet access and flatscreen TVs! Plenty of seating on the spacious beachfront balcony. A pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, a dune walkover are all added features as is the Santa Rosa Sound view from the guest bedroom. Unit has streaming TV only.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 King bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 Queen beds, Twin sized day bed with Twin pull out Trundle. This unit sleeps 8.

July at Surf Dweller 502

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great that we stayed in and had everything we needed. Great view of the beach and plenty of room in the condo for a group of 6. The only complaint was the elevators at the condo would stop working occasionally but luckily there were 6 so we were never stranded. Will go back to this condo in the future.

So Relaxing

We spent a lot of time hanging out on the balcony watching the water and beach activity. Of course we ate out every night although the condo was well equipped for cooking all kinds of meals.

Amazing Vacation

We didn't stay in SD502, do to renovations being done on the balcony of the condo, we instead stayed in SD607. We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Dweller as always. We are looking forward to staying at the Surf Dweller again next year.
