You could not ask for a better location when visiting the Hamptons. This home is conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor.

The home has beautiful light and is bright and open. It offers an inviting living space complimented by vaulted ceilings over sized windows and sliding glass doors. A perfect environment for socializing and gathering with friends and family. The home is designer decorated with a mix of contemporary along with accents of country farmhouse furnishings. Muted greys, blues and whites are found throughout the home.

The centrally air conditioned home features an open concept with the kitchen opening up to the living room and dining area. The kitchen could not be better equipped for cooking and entertaining. Professional appliances along with every imaginable kitchen gadget needed for the gourmet chef in your family. The large marble kitchen island is a perfect gathering spot for morning coffee. There is an oversized farm table with seating for 8 persons.

Each of the generously sized bedrooms has comfy beds with brand new linens including comforters with 100% high thread count cotton duvet covers. The home is supplied with bath towels and separate pool towels.

There is a lower level media room for watching your favorite movie and huge indoor recreation area for children that includes a pickleball court and kids toys.

Step out of the sliding backdoors onto a deck which overlooks the pool. The backyard of the home looks onto a private 50 acre reserve where you will find running and hiking trails. The deck is well equipped with dining areas, seating, lounge chairs and gas BBQ.

Additional accessories will include beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for beach.

*The pool heater is set to 85 degrees from June 1 to Labor Day If you wish to heat pool for dates outside of Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend there is an additional fee to do so. please inquire.

Wonderful fall weekend stay!

My family had a great stay last weekend at Lisa's home. It was so conveniently located to Bridgehampton town (4 minutes!) and the perfect house to enjoy with our 3 sons- they loved the basement with hockey nets and toys, the bunk room, and the fun zip line in the backyard. We all loved making smores in the firepit and relaxing outside to enjoy dinner/reading, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect weekend stay!

The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend in Bridgehampton. The furnishings were both stylish and very comfortable. The house was extremely clean, and well equipped. Lisa was an amazing host, she answered our questions promptly, and was gracious enough to allow us a late checkout on Sunday, as we were resting up from a wedding on Saturday night! Five Stars all around!

My stay here was amazing. The location was great. The house is beautiful. Lisa, the owner, had great communication with me from the time I booked until check out and even there after. The supermarket is just 5 minutes away and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place and I will come back again.

Fantastic & Easy Hamptons Getaway

This house is amazing! We celebrated a girls weekend with 6 people, and it was perfect for us — so spacious, clean, bright and beautiful. Every guest was blown away by the house. We came during the off-season, so we weren't able to take advantage of the pool and other summertime activities, but this house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining and cooking together (it's open-concept is fantastic for this) the living room was wonderful for lounging around and watching movies, and the bedrooms were ideal — 3 bedrooms, one master with a queen and it's own bath, another queen bedroom and then a bunk-bed room that could sleep 4. So every girl got their own bed and slept great — each morning we woke up feeling rested and excited by all the beautiful sunlight streaming in. The bathrooms were really great too, with good water pressure and nice towels. The backyard is enormous, and we took advantage of the fire pit and made s'mores. There's also a grill, which we didn't use, and tons of outdoor seating. Moreover, the house was easy to find, and the key entry system was incredibly easy to use. The location is great — close to Bridgehampton & Sag Harbor, just a 5-minute Uber ride from the Bridgehampton LIRR station, which was perfect for us coming from NYC. The owner is AWESOME, and quickly responded to my queries via email both before our trip and during. The owner provided a very handy house manual, which included grocery + dining recommendations, house instructions, cleanup details (which were a breeze!) and more. We referenced this multiple times throughout the weekend. Everything about our girls weekend was flawless, and 90% of that is because this house is so perfect. I can't recommend this property enough!

Simple home with everything you need. Having stayed in Bridgehampton several times, great location for kids - easy access to town, museums and beach. Very attentive and responsive owner, who made the entire process easy.

Cute, Comfortbale & Clean

We were three couples traveling from Canada spending a week in NYC sightseeing, going to the theatre and enjoying great dining. We had rented an apartment in Manhattan and the owner, Lisa, happened to mention also having a home in the Hamptons for rent. At the last minute, we decided to change our flight home, extend our visit to NY and check out the Hamptons. We enjoyed our breakfasts and coffee on the back deck overlooking the pool. Then it was off to see what the Hamptons was all about. The owner Lisa had provided us with a list of things to do. We visited the Wolffer Estate winery where enjoyed music on the lawn for sunset with a glass of wine, we went to the new Parrish Art Museum and also took a drive to Montauk which is a cute surfing town where we enjoyed a sunset dinner at Navy Beach Restaurant. We loved the shopping in East Hampton and strolling around the village of Sag Harbor. The home was exactly as described on line. It was cute, clean & comfortable. We liked the location as it seemed that we were able to get easily to many different sights in the area. The backyard and deck were great. We would often return to the home toward the end of the day and relax in the pool and lounge around before heading out to dinner. One night we did take advantage and BBQ ourselves. All in all this was an enjoyable escape from New York City.

Memorial Weekend Stay

The house is extremely well kept with a homey environment. Unlike many Hampton rentals where the pictures are misleading, this house was better than expected. We didn't use the pool since it rained, but it looked nice. We received our deposit early and in full, which is appreciated. A great Hamptons house for sure! We would come back again. The location was convenient. Check it out on the map.
