Great space

Feels and looks bigger in person vs listing pictures which is great! Not a bad walk to the beach and safe feeling neighborhood. Beach was handicap accessible. Outdoor furniture /patio furniture could have been cleared off and cleaned before. Cockroach dead on floor upstairs as we walked through so could have felt cleaner and more polished If that was all done

Thank you for your review and your recommendations. Our staff does our best to keep up with debris from rain and storms and unfortunately at times we have a storm after the homes have already been completed and little or no time to return and reclean the outdoor areas. Additionally, here in the South, storms also bring out palmetto bugs (cockroaches). They migrate from the pinestraw to dry, indoor areas. The fact that the bug was dead means pest control services are working. I apologize we did not come across this during our final inspection of the home and he snuck before your arrival. We hope you understand and will visit us again soon!
