Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath, private guest house in the lower level of a non-smoking home with sweeping views of Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit, Grewingk Glacier, and just minutes from downtown coffee shops, restaurants, museums, and art galleries. The famous Homer Spit and harbor is within a 10-minute drive, ideal for sportsmen & travelers seeking comfort and easy access to everything our wonderful town has to offer.

Beautiful location

A perfect spot for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery! Very comfortable beds, kitchen was equipped with what was needed to cook meals, the hosts were very kind and welcoming. We had a bonus of a moose and her baby snacking next door!

Homer Stay

This was a lovely property. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view of the bay was awesome! The hosts were very accommodating and answered all of our questions about things to do in the area.

Loved our five night stay in Homer. The views from the apartment were astounding! Apartment is very clean, comfortable beds and was just perfect for our stay. Plentiful sightings of Sand Hill cranes and moose sightings for an added touch! We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, wildlife spotting and fishing during our stay. I am a coffee girl (and there are some fabulous coffee shops in Homer ) but make sure to try some local fireweed tea in town! Hosts could not be nicer or more responsive- would give them a higher rating if possible!

Awesome Stay-5 Stars!!

What a fantastic property Seaclusion AK is! The views from the wall to wall windows are absolutely incredible. We didn't spend too much time there, as we were out exploring and fishing. But its proximity to the Spit and amenities was ideal. I would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and it was very well appointed. Communication was great with the hosts and we even got to play ball with Stella, their super friendly lab. Would definitely recommend for a family.
