The cabin was exactly as advertised and just what we wanted...Serenity. The views from the back deck are simply stunning and so peaceful. We would highly recommend this rental when you want to be away (10 min) from town and enjoy a little tranquility.

We were absolutely over the moon when we checked into this cabin. During our 10-day trip we stayed at several properties in Homer, Seward, Girdwood, and Anchorage, and this was easily our favorite.The hosts were wonderful, friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. The cabin itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, spacious for the two of us, and stocked with so many of the everyday items we use at home that we felt comfortable almost immediately.The setting was incredible. The views were breathtaking, and the location struck the perfect balance: peaceful and quiet, just outside of town, but still convenient to everything we wanted to do. One of the highlights of our stay was safely watching a mother moose and her two calves from a distance, a memory we'll never forget.If we have the chance to return to the Homer area, this will be the first place we look to book. It was, without question, the best accommodation of our entire trip.
