Great location within walking distance to Cape Coral Hospital, shopping & eateries. Within .1/4 mile of Walmart, grocery stores, and a short drive to some of SWFL's most beautiful Beaches and Islands.

Upon exiting the property:
All trash must be removed from the house and put into the outdoor trash containers.
All used towels and bedding should be placed on the washing machine for the house cleaners.
Please remove all food upon leaving the property.
Please remove all personal items upon leaving the property.
Additional usage of Electricity over the minimum usage will be charged after stay.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The home was immaculate and the location was perfect. Close to everything and easy to get where we needed to go. The host was was awesome. Dog friendly with a fenced back yard. Beautiful pool and outdoor space. We would. absolutely stay again!!

The property looked exactly like the photos. The size was perfect for our needs and the pool was fantastic. Jade was great at communicating with us and we were always informed when someone was coming to the house for maintenance. Would love to stay here again!

Wasn't a good "fit" for us

The solar heated pool didn't warm up enough for us to use. There were 2 murders not too far from where we were, but we were told things like that are unusual for the neighborhood and that it's a safe neighborhood. We do almost everything in Fort Myers and the driving back and forth was just too much extra driving and time consuming. And a lot of traffic noise from Del Prado Blvd and 16th street.

Wonderful place to stay in Cape Coral

Highly recommend this lovely home. Spacious and very comfortable and well equipped. Great lanai and pool. Beds were comfortable. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. Location was great. Close to all we needed. Hosts communicated well and were quick to respond. We had a great time and would rent again.
