The Cape Cozy property was very clean & the host was very responsive to any problems we had. The yard was large & fenced in nicely for our 2 dogs. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a pet friendly place.

This house is perfect. The outdoor area is wonderful. We spent our time grilling, swimming and relaxing poolside. This house has everything to make you feel at home.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was very nice. We spent quite a bit of time out there. Communications with the host and property manager were excellent. The furniture and beds were comfortable and cozy.The property location was close to grocery stores and just a short ride to several fabulous restaurants. The property's phone app is a nice resource. Overall, it was a 5 Star vacation for us. Thanks for everything.

Cozy Cape

Great place to stay. Has everything you need to make you feel at home. Pool is wonderful. Close to some of our favorite restaurants and shopping. Easy check-in and check-out. Heather and Tonnie were easy to work with and responded to any questions quickly. Definately recommend Cozy Cape!

Had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The house was perfect. Clean and well organized. The pool was great and we appreciated it being heated as the weather was a little cool during our stay. The fenced yard was awesome for the dogs. They were able to run around and have fun on our vacation also. The house is well located and easy to get to. It's in a nice neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants. Both the host and property manager were very responsive to all communication and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic

We loved staying at cozy Coral. It felt just like home. The house was clean, organized, had everything needed for cooking, beach towels etc. Our dogs had enough backyard space to run around and have fun. Cape Coral is beautiful and had all the shops you need close by. We enjoyed the beach at Fort Myers and the little ice cream shops in the area. Host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here and hoping to come back in the near future.

Great Home in the middle of Cape Coral

The house was very clean. The decorations are very nice. The outside area is awesome. There are plenty of toys and such for pool play. They keep the pool nice and warm, which isn't always the case I have found in other VRBO's. The yard is fenced with a privacy fence and was great for our dog.The kitchen is very well stocked with every cooking device you could possibly want. The house is a two level layout with the master bed and bath upstairs. This makes it very nice for privacy. The house is not the "traditional" Florida open type layout, it seems more like something from home (up north). The manager is very responsive to any communications and very helpful. We had originally checked into another home (different company) and it was unsuitable and not maintained. Heather worked to get us into her place the next day early when we told her about our issues.A great home and stay, didn't want to leave.
