Helens Place is a modern and well maintained 1 bedroom condo with all fresh and new furniture and furnishings. Modern appliances include fully equipped kitchen + full size washer & dryer. HVAC is a very quiet hear pump system. This condo is downstairs and affords easy access for eldery and handicapped. The property is on a 4 lane road with very convenient access to Interstate 10 to the north. Likewise US 90 is only 1 mile south. Onsite features include bar-b-que area with a pavilion and swiming pool. The condo association follows strict rules for protection of the residents including exterior cameras onsite. Safety and security are key to your stay and these factors are in place for all to go by.
