We thoroughly enjoyed our 18 day stay at this property. We loved the privacy of the pool, the fully fenced-in backyard, being able to have our dog, Molly, with us, as well as the cleanliness of the home. An added bonus was being able to observe the burrowing owls in the front yard. (We had never seen those before)The communication with the host, Phil, was always great.If you're on the fence about renting this home, don't hesitate.

Awesome bright home

Our stay was fantastic! Phil was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The home is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the ability to open up the sliding doors completely and have fresh air anytime we wanted. The house was spotless and had a ton of great amenities.

A Little Bit of Paradise!

You could tell that the owners had made a huge effort to make sure our stay was wonderful. It was great to get out of the Michigan weather. We had everything we needed and the host was very accomodating. Our only frustration was that we couldn't get the TV to work so I would suggest that the instructions were put in their book which had everything else in it.

Fantastic stay in Cape Coral

My husband and I stayed 3 weeks at this property and couldn't be happier. The home and pool were beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The office was a bonus since I worked remotely a few days a week. The owners and property manager were always kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We really loved the neighborhood. We took walks, runs and bike rides and always felt very safe. The location is great for getting to beaches and restaurants quickly. We hope to go back next year ourselves and would recommend it for anyone.

Great House and Hosts!

We stayed for the month of February. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed spending time in lanai/pool, grilling and taking walks in a great neighborhood. It was fully stocked with everything you needed and had so many thoughtful amenities. Made us feel like we were right at home. Owner’s and property manager were very friendly and prompt to respond to any questions/needs we had. They even took the time to notify us that Cape Coral was under a tornado watch and to stay put in the house, since it was constructed of cinder block and was as safe of a place as there is around area. Lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely like to stay again.

Relaxing Florida trip!

My husband and I came to Florida for his job here. He has a job and a crew in Pine Island. They’re working on the bridge destroyed after the hurricanes. We went and visited it with him, and we saw so much damage and destruction. But we also saw so many houses and a town full of resilience. We ate at a few of the local restaurants. They were all amazing! My favorite was the Blue Dog Bar and Grill. My husband’s favorite was Miceli’s. Our stay in your home was so great! During the days while my husband worked, my puppy “Tucker” and I spent a lot of time walking and relaxing by the pool. Tucker loves the sun, but back home it's cold. Our stay here was so relaxing!
