✔ Reservation contingent on condominium approval (background check required)
✔ Non-refundable application fee: $150 per adult or married couple
✔ First applicant’s fee included in booking; additional $150 charged for second applicant if last names differ (marriage certificate may waive second fee)
✔ Application submitted at least 14 business days before reservation
✔ If not approved, the reservation will be cancelled and deposits refunded.

💳 Security Deposit
✔ $250 refundable security deposit via pre-authorization hold on credit card
✔ Hold released 7 days after checkout, minus any damage deductions
