The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations and major venues — making it a practical base for exploring the city, attending large events, or simply relaxing and enjoying your stay.

To ensure proper registration, parking details, IDs, and payments must be submitted by 2 PM Monday through Friday. If documents are submitted after hours or on weekends, valet parking must be used until the office reopens.
Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
