A beautiful cottage with all the comforts of home. We loved it and the surrounding neighborhood. A wonderfully quiet and peaceful place to stay. We would definitely love to stay here again. Our daily walks were amazing, so much beauty and history.
We were in Summerville for a family reunion. This cute cottage was perfect location for walking to festivities in downtown Summerville. Very loved everything about it. Will definitely book again if coming to Summerville.
The neighborhood and home are beautiful. Everything was spotless and we were provided with any necessities we needed. The decor was just gorgeous. It was the perfect place to spend time with family. Make sure to spend some time relaxing on the beautiful front porch!
Absolutely perfect in every way! Have nothing but high praise for this lovely home! Have no idea how it could be any better. Jane is an awesome host, from communication to accommodation! Hope to stay again!
The house was very clean and in a beautiful area. And while the owners live next door, they did not impede on us at all. Jane was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
The cottage is, as an understatement, perfect. The cottage, is really a spacious house but is still very cozy. Plenty of room for us. The rooms are well furnished and very comfortable. If we ever have a reason to go to South Carolina we will definitely be back.
Our four night stay could not have been more perfect! The house was spacious and lovely, being situated in the quaint, beautiful historic district. It was beautifully decorated and spotless, and the kitchen was equipped with more than enough cookware, dishes, glassware, and cutlery. Check-in was extremely easy and the host very responsive and helpful with all our inquiries! We were even able to rent a golf cart from them which was a hit with visiting nieces and nephews. Thank you for such a lovely home and we will definitely stay there again if visiting Summerville!
We visit Summerville every year and finally found a place that checks all the boxes. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and clean. The house was furnished in the most charming way- southern charm. The location is perfect, close to everything while also tucked away in a quiet established historic neighborhood. Thank you for the excellent southern hospitality- we will book again!
We stayed at Charleston street cottage with our adult family. It was very comfortable with a beautiful front porch. It is a quick walk to downtown Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to highways for all of the Charleston must dos!
We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home nestled in a beautiful historic neighborhood. It was our home base for a long weekend celebrating our youngest child’s 30th birthday by touring Charleston. Tranquil and yet convenient.
We loved the house, the location and especially the porch. We had a wonderful time in the area and can't wait to come back. Our hosts were amazing and very kind.
We loved this property. The home was beautiful, the furnishings, the location. On a quiet street in downtown Summerville with gorgeous trees. The porch was my favorite area perfect for relaxing. It is very close to downtown Summerville, a nice area to walk around. The house was stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. I would highly recommend this stay.
We had friends visiting from NYC who stayed at the house. They absolutely enjoyed this beautiful historical home in the historic neighborhood of Summerville.
We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the weekend. I selected this home because it had plenty of rooms and bathrooms but it had so much more! It was beautiful both inside and out! It was clean, spacious, and so relaxing! Coming back to this space after a long wedding day was exactly what we needed! This space is in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for just enjoying each other’s company! We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed with 4 of my college girl friends. Beautifully furnished 3 full baths were a real extra. 2 on main floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and 2 twin beds upstairs. Enjoyed Coffee on the porch each morning and card games each night in dining room,
An earlier review said the stairs were steep I totally disagree the stairs were wide and well lit. Easy to find home lots of parking. Will stay there again. Great place for adult gathering.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I used to walk by this area downtown Summerville and both agreed it was our favorite street. One day we saw a for sale sign and the rest is history. We still love this street and neighbors and we think you will too.
What makes this property unique
We moved this over110 year old home from down the street, put it on our lot and remodeled it. It has imperfections but loads of charm.
