About this property

Spacious and gracious architect designed home on 3 acres off Middle Road.

Our home is off Middle Road in Chilmark. It features a chef's kitchen with convectionoven, screen porch, roof deck, outdoor shower, and office area. The first-floor separate bedroom area has private entry, ensuite bath and shower and adjoining sitting/TV room. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has ensuite bath and shower and walk out roof deck. The two remaining second floor bedrooms share a third bathroom with jetted Grecian tub. Our property abuts the extensive Sheriff's Meadows walking trails. Lucy Vincent beach can be accessed to residents and guests and is 5 minutes by car, as is Menemsha Village with bike ferry to Aquinnah, charter boats, public beach, two fresh fish markets and the Galley takeout food stand. There are many local farms for fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and bakery, as well as restaurants featuring local fare including the Chilmark Tavern, the Homeport and Beach Plum Inn. There are many activities, exhibitions, festivals, and an agricultural fair to enjoy.
