Central air conditioning plus ceiling fans. Dining seats 10+. Kitchen has all needed utensils, pots, pans, dishware. Large screened porch off kitchen. Generous deck overlooks backyard with outdoor seating area and grills. Also this level - MBR Suite with King bed and private bath.

Second Level - includes second large MBR Suite w/ private bath, soaking tub and queen bed; 3 additional upstairs bedrooms: 2 BRs with 2 twin beds in each room; and 1 bdrm with 1 full, 1 twin; hall bath & laundry closet w/ washer & dryer. Second zone central air. SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED BUT CAN BE RENTED and beds made before arrival.

Walk-out Lower Level - includes large recreation room w/ cable-tv., XBOX-video game system and ping pong table. Also, full bed in sleeping nook with adjoining full bath. Enjoy your vacation at this modern MVY home.
