Hickory Hollow located in Seven Gates Farm is a charming and tranquil setting within a 1600 acre association on West Tisbury's beautiful northern shore. Expansive lawns, gardens, stone walls, and mature trees grace the property. Three small ponds are alive with mallard ducks, frogs, small fish and the occasional heron. And a great variety of songbirds inhabit this lovely hollow and its bordering woods. This cozy updated farmhouse, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sits in the center of the green hollow. There are 3 additional structures on the property, one of which is a historic barn set up as a separate suite. The barn includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, open living/dining and a king bed. Also a large flat screen television. There is also a separate writer's study/bedroom. Two miles of private association beaches look out to the Elizabeth Islands and spectacular summer sunsets. Two large docks for swimming and boating, two tennis courts, and miles of walking trails through 1600 acres of wild association land, add to the pleasures of this unique West Tisbury property.
