Dan & Beth have been married for 32 years, have 3 grown children & 3 beloved dogs. They love spending time with their family & friends, volunteering in their community, camping, boating, hunting, hiking, traveling, spending time in the mountains & at the beach & exploring new places! Aside from spending time together & with their family and friends, being outdoors is where they enjoy spending most of their time!
Why they chose this property
We chose the Rookery lll due to the quiet location and proximity to the quieter public beaches as well as the proximity to Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores and other attractions. We love the detatched cottage units, each with it's own charm and personality. The clubhouse and the pools are a bonus and within walking distance.
What makes this property unique
We have been told by past guests that they like the private location of our cottage within the neighborhood- that other cottages don't have. They rave about our cottage being well equipped with the plethora of kitchen items, that the beds and pillows are like 'clouds' and they love the plush towels and nice linens. They have commented about the nice decor and furnishings and noted that our cottage is one of the nicest and coziest places they have ever stayed. The screened porch is a favorite of many, especially since it is private with views to the Nature Preserve! Lots of families spend time hanging out front while the kids play. Top comments relate to the prompt responsivity, and the extra thought and care that has been considered when preparing our cottage for guests.
