About this property

Downtown Living pied-a-terre: This studio is in our historic home in downtown Westerly's Wilcox Park district. Look out the front windows to some of the most beautiful historic buildings in town: Westerly Library, Town Hall, the Christ Church and the Columns of the Granite Theatre. Cross the street to stroll in glorious Wilcox Park. The studio is on the garden level of our owner-occupied home. It has a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and microwave, and a separate entrance.

Current availability for our studio is for one person, one month minimum rental. Utilities are included. One car parking.
