On the ocean complex 100 steps to sand.Spectacular whitewater views from two private balconies. Spacious two bedroom unit with king-size bed in 30 by 15 master suite (top floor) with private bathroom and dressing room and mirrored walls on three sides. Vista views from large private balcony/patio and bedroom. Cable TV in both bedrooms and Living room. DVD in upstairs bedroom suite and living room.
Downstairs, (third floor) is a separate bedroom, bath, dressing suite which can be closed off for privacy. Several closets both up and downstairs. The lower bedroom has a double bed and a double sofabed and avery comfortable sitting room by day.
The living room is beautifully furnished in black leather furniture with white accent entertainment center and Italian dining set which sits six comfortably. The living room features fireplace, private balcony with spectacular ocean and garden views. Sofa can be made into another queen-size bed. Kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, toaster oven, full-size refrigerator, full stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. There are three cable TV's and DVD/VCR. This beautiful, roomy luxury condo may spoil you for anything less.
Right on the beach but only 40 minutes to San Diego and within an hour of most Southern California attractions including Legoland, Wild Animal Jungle, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Palomar Planetarium, Missions, shopping at large, small, antique, and specialty stores, the finest golf courses in the United States.
