We had such a wonderful time staying at the Lookout, everything was perfect! It's steps away from the beach in the most adorable little neighborhood. There are lots of activities and anything you need is nearby but still have the ambience of staying in a cute small beach town. The house had all the beach amenities and a nice fenced in yard for the dog. Bayley Vacation Rentals was easy to work with and made everything convienent for us, no hassles at all.

Charming house right on the water

The house was perfect. It was very attractive and clean. It met all our needs. I loved that the backyard was all fenced in so our dog could roam freely. It was also a huge plus that it had a firepit. Loved our nights sitting around a fire. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing week

Great location. Less than .2 mile walk to the beach. Clear view of ocean from the house. The fenced in yard was nice to allow pet to go out for a few minutes without a leash. It was also relaxing to have the fire pit or play a few games of cornhole with the boards at the house. The sunroom had lots of games , beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy all hours of the day.

Long Weekend

Several things stand out about our stay at this property: Sleeping arrangements were perfect, 1st floor bedroom for Grammy, 2nd floor had great set-up for Mom n Dad with attached suite for children. Plenty of room for several children. And an additional 2nd floor bedroom for auntie. Beautiful ocean views, 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach along a private beach walk. We loved the beach and how close it was to the house. The property was well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. only thing missing was a beach wagon. Outdoor shower isn't working but, there was a warm water hose to clean off sandy feet. The house is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware etc. Very comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will be back.
