Step outside and let the view stop you in your tracks. Rolling terrain and open skies stretch as far as the eye can see, and every evening delivers a sunset display that never gets old.

Watch deer, elk, turkey, and wildlife wander across your land while you relax on the property. On cool evenings, gather around the fireplace inside or head out to the fire pit under a sky packed with stars. Pets are welcome too. This is the kind of place where phones get put down, deep breaths get taken, and everyone leaves already planning their return trip.

Less than an hour from both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, and just 20 minutes from Duck Creek Village, you're perfectly positioned to explore some of the most spectacular scenery in the American West — or do absolutely nothing at all. Whether you're chasing adventure or chasing sunsets, this is your basecamp.

The Space

The cabin sleeps 6 across two self-contained floors, each with its own private entrance — ideal for two couples or a group that wants their own space while sharing the experience together.

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a full bed and daybed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area, and a TV. The loft is accessed by a built-in ladder and sleeps two comfortably — cozy and fun, though may not be suitable for young children or anyone with mobility limitations.

Downstairs has its own private entrance and includes a bedroom with a full bed, a living area with sofa, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a TV.

Please note the two floors have separate exterior entrances and are not connected inside. This layout works beautifully for groups, two couples, or families who want their own space while sharing the property.

Adventures at Your Doorstep

This cabin puts you in the heart of some of Utah's most stunning outdoor recreation. Hundreds of miles of ATV and snowmobile trails are accessible right from the area, making this a true four-season adventure destination. Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks are both less than an hour away, offering otherworldly hoodoos, world-famous slot canyons, and some of the best stargazing in the country. Panguitch Lake, known for world-renowned fishing, is also less than an hour away. Duck Creek Village is just 20 minutes down the road with dining, gear rentals, and access to Cedar Breaks National Monument. And you don't even have to leave the property to spot wildlife — deer, elk, turkey, and birds roam the land regularly.

Amenities

The cabin is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Inside you'll find a fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and TVs on both floors. Outside, the fire pit is perfect for cool mountain evenings under a star-filled sky. Pets are welcome. Parking is available on site, and exterior security cameras are located at the driveway entrance and parking area for your safety.

Good to Know

This is true wilderness — expect the sounds, sights, and occasional bugs that come with it. That's the point. The fire pit is available for use but please follow fire safety guidelines and never leave it unattended. Please respect quiet hours for neighboring cabin owners and drive slowly past neighboring cabins on the dirt road.
