Video driving directions were incredibly helpful to this rural location! We loved being away from any neighbors. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Close to Bryce Canyon NationalPark, where we enjoyed hiking and the beautiful park.
Location was close to Bryce Canyon and we liked the rural area for bird watching and gazing at the night sky. I have never seen so many stars! The house was very spacious and clean.
Everything was very clean and comfortable. It’s a ways out on a gravel road, but our host, Bill sent a detailed video so we easily found our way. I took one star off as some people may not like the drive. We actually liked the solitude of the area and enjoyed sitting out on the back porch. We enjoyed the proximity to both Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks.
Loved the location and privacy and Apple Maps takes you right to the house along with a video the owner provides you to help with the turns! There was a slight oops when checking in and Bill was on top of it immediately and didn't impact our stay at all. We stayed two nights for our visit to Bryce! The house is clean and has all of the basics you need for your stay and we loved that it had a gas grill as well!
The home is about a 6-7 minute drive from Hatch which is mostly dirt road. The owner sent us an excellent video showing the drive from Hatch, helping us to easily find the place. The home is private, with only one home nearby. We enjoyed the solitude. It was a great place to walk our dog with many roads which I’m assuming were for ATVs. The kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and cookware. We were there for 4 nights and cooked in for most meals. The place was clean, comfortable and accommodating for a dog and a very mobile 11- month child plus 5 adults. It was an easy 35 minute drive to Bryce Canyon Park.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Wasn’t aware of the dirt road entry to the property. We went at night so it was especially more difficult.
This is a 10 out of 10. Everything is new and super clean. Fully furnished kitchen. Bill gave us instructions on how to get to the house and the key pad code for the front doorWe especially loved being in the country with nobody around. Lovely fresh air, and green landscape. Easy drive to Bryce Canyon where we had a marvelous time.
This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious, and remote. If you want a quiet place to enjoy beautiful vistas this will work for you. It's off the beaten path but if you want an alternative to the hotels/motels in the area this is a great one!
This property is located convenient to Bryce, Zion and Escalante National Parks. In addition, we watched Mule Deer and Turkeys roam around the property. The dirt roads were well maintained and easily driven. The house was well stocked and very clean.
We loved all the space, privacy, and views. Great place to stay to check out Bryce, Zion, Red Canyon, and Dixie national Forest. Really enjoyed having fire (we had to be careful not to use the cooking vent or it would pull smoke into the house) It’s not fancy, but comfortable and clean with lots of room. Video directions were easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay!
The property was well maintained and well equipped. Beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. Very quiet and peaceful. Even though it was a dirt road it was well maintained and easily navigable. Saw lots of wildlife. The owner was very responsive to our questions and communicated quickly. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we return to Bryce Canyon which I would love to do. Such a beautiful place!

Relaxing stay
We really enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing and the scenary was great. We would recommend your place to others.
The hosue was very clean, directions were very clear and easy to follow, the town has a few nice places to eat, and the drive to both Bryce canyon and Zion is very easy.
The littles loved the wildlife. The adults loved the quiet and the stars.

My wife and I and five girls really have enjoyed this home as it was a place that I grew up on and our girls have had the same opportunity to do so as well. They are outdoor enthusiasts and love spending time there. We currently live in Lindon Utah and try to get down to there as often as occasion will permit. We decided that since we can't be down there more often that we would open this home for others to enjoy and hope that your experience is one that you will never forget.
Why they chose this property
This is a family home that my father built but unfortunately lost his battle to cancer before he was able to really enjoy it. Our family grew up on the land that this home sits on where formally there was an old deer hunters cabin that we built once stood. There have been many fond memories growing up here and we really enjoy how relaxing it is to come and stay and at the same time there are plenty of things to do. There is Hunting, fishing, ATV riding, hiking and seeing the sights such as Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks.
What makes this property unique
There is the national parks to visit, ATV & UTV trails to ride right from the home. There are unlimited trails on and off the property to see. Get a part of Bryce but not in the park. Fishing in our local ponds and at the river. All kinds of wildlife to enjoy such as deer, elk and turkeys. It is away from the hustle and very peaceful and relaxing. The views are amazing including the pink cliffs to the east.
