We had a wonderful stay. The place was convenient and had everything we needed. Really liked the layout and proximity to the parking lot etc. Comfortable beds, clean and modern. Fun decor, beautiful TV with all the good channels and great for entertaining ourselves in between meetings this weekend. LOVED the deck! The view of Des Moines was perfect! Thank you so much!

Clean property. Easy check in. Parking close to the apartment. We were in town for a wedding and only went to the church and reception but downtown was nice. Close to many restaurants, the Capital Building, botanical gardens, etc. Host communication was superb before and after stay. Would definitely recommend!
