The house is located in a fairly dense neighborhood, however it was amazingly quiet both during the day and night. It was equipped with everything necessary for our short term stay and would also work well for longer.

Great place

This house was good for my kids & my friends. It was only 10 mins away from where we had to be for football and only 15 mins from the mall & a lot of restaurants. When I reached out to the host I instantly got a reply. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

Neat house, good experience

We were in Florida to visit relatives in Lakewood Ranch and to see the beach. We liked the central location. The neighborhood was basic but was quiet and felt safe. The house was clean. It had everything that we needed with also some games for our children. The host sent us messages well to communicate about our reservation. It was easy to check-in, and the list was not complicated or overwhelming to check-out. We were really happy with it.

About the host

Hosted by LUIS

Host profile image
Hello my name is Luis, I love traveling and spending time with my family which is one of the reasons I became a host, I wanted to have a place that can provide a home away from home to families that come visit beautiful Sarasota or that need a space to be for a few days.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for its quiet, safe, and convenient location. It offers a peaceful residential feel while still being close to everything—shopping, dining, and just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach. It’s the perfect balance for guests who want to relax without being far from the main attractions.

What makes this property unique

Our home stands out for families and groups. With multiple bedrooms, a fenced backyard, and fun extras like arcade games, there’s space for everyone to relax and enjoy. It’s designed to feel like home, not just a place to sleep.
