Charming 3 bedroom cabin with private covered dock. Close to Old Kinderhook.
If you’re needing a weekend getaway that is on the calm side of the lake, this is your place! At Green Beach you won’t need a golf cart or repelling gear to to get to the water. This is one of three houses that share a private 500’ length of beautiful waterfront. It is just a few level steps from porch to boat ramp or dock. The dock has a swim platform and a covered 10x24 slip. Nearby attractions include Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Old Kinderhook Golf & Spa Resort, Lake Valley Golf Club.
The completely updated (2022) house has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 oversized bunk bed), 2 full baths, washer and dryer, and huge deck that faces the water.
