Very clean, quiet apartment in a woodsy neighborhood of Woodstock (which is within easy walking distance). Host was very nice and informative about things to do in the area. Woodstock is very charming and has good food options. We were there for an event in a nearby town and Woodstock is also a great base for visiting this part of Vermont (or even over the NH border).

We truly enjoyed many aspects of this property. It was exceptionally neat and clean, the room sizes were generous, the shower was wonderful, the kitchen was fabulous, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The host’s online communication was excellent.One small disappointment was that when we couldn’t locate a wine opener or corkscrew, we left a voicemail but did not receive a return call.Although the living room had a comfortable chair and couch, there were no tables beside or in front of either, so food plates and beverages had to be placed on the floor.A more important note for guests with mobility or eyesight concerns: the parking area is not lit, and walking from the car to the entrance can be precarious without a flashlight. Upon entering, guests must climb about a dozen fairly steep stairs to reach the rental, which could be difficult for anyone carrying luggage or with limited mobility.The walk to the village is short, but proper footwear is recommended, as the roadway includes uneven areas and uphill sections that may be challenging for some.Overall, there were many wonderful features, but future guests should be aware of the accessibility, lighting issues, and uphill walking.

What a wonderful apartment for a family trip! We had a great time and didn't lack for anything, though if we had I'm sure our hosts would have gone above and beyond to fill our needs. Would love to stay again in the future.

We liked the roomy interior layout of the cabin and the wooden interior. It was great for cooking and eating. The location was perfect for us. Close to downtown but still in the woods. Would stay here again.

We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed being in your apartment the last few days. You were amazing hosts, helpful, patient, understanding, communicative and caring - ready to answer all of our questions. Thanks for all the wonderful local knowledge. The 14"of snow that we received during our stay was magical. We are very sorry to have to leave but we hope to be back. It was a truly delightful vacation for us.

Nice weekend getaway in the village of Woodstock

We've stayed at Bob's place before and enjoyed our stay here again. Close to all the restaurants and shops, comfortable, quiet. Bob provided sone great recommendations once again for things to do, places to go. Will definitely book again if we have the chance.

So convenient to downtown Woodstock. It had everything we needed. Host was available for any questions, and also gave us our space. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the Woodstock area of Vermont.
