O anfitrião foi atencioso e eu gostei da quantidade de produtos de limpeza no apartamento. Os porteiros também são educados e a localização é bem central. Eu recomendaria esta estadia! Minha única reclamação seria sobre o fogão, mas a chapa elétrica era potente e funcionou bem.

A casa é bem tranquila e tem tudo por perto. mercado, farmácia, lavanderia, lanchonete, bonito de ônibus, academia, igreja.... Achei os arredores bem tranquilo, sem muito barulho. Porteiros bem prestativos e atenciosos. Gostei.

Maravilhoso!!!

Aluguei este estúdio no período de 15/08/2013 a 23/12/2013 para que meu marido fizesse um curso nas redondezas. Primeiramente, a proprietária é uma pessoa maravilhosa, sempre disponível e solícita. O imóvel é bastante aconhegante e limpo, sem contar que os móveis e utencílios são todos novos e de bastante bom gosto e qualidade. Apesar da localização do imóvel ficar na Lapa, bairro da boemia, não tivemos nenhum inconveniente, seja com barulho, seja com vizinhança, pois o apartamento é bastante silencioso. Os porteiros do prédio são solícitos e educados, sendo um condomínio familiar. Assim, caso precise novamente alugar um apartamento no RJ, pois sou do interior, não tenho dúvidas em locá-lo novamente.!!!

Atendeu perfeitamente minhas necessidades de estadia quando estive na cidade a serviço. Transporte fácil, boas opções de comércio e restaurantes. O imóvel é muito bem conservado, equipado e os funcionários do prédio são profissionais e educados, assim como os moradores do local. A proprietária forneceu todas as informações necessárias de forma clara e honesta, da mesma forma que procedeu a negociação da estadia. De minha parte só há aspectos positivos a destacar.
