Wonderful place to stay

The home was perfect for our stay and was clean and had everything we needed. The xbox gave us a few issues but the Playstation worked fine. Ian communicated with us about everything and was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Awesome stay

Property was great with many things to do. Pool was heated to a perfect temp. Ian was great with accommodating an early check in and late check out. Also provided us with recommendations of places to visit in cottonwood. House was nice, clean , and spacious. Will stay again. Thank you!

We stayed here to celebrate thanksgiving beings my niece was born early and in the NICU. We stayed wednesday-sunday. We had an amazing time. This house is beautiful. The heated pool a bonus. Pool table and game room kept the kids and husbands busy. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity

Communication was incredible!

We loved this place. We had enough space, the back yard was great! The only hiccup was the pool heater wasn’t working but once we realized it needed repair, Ian had someone there within hours. There is a pool table, but no pool chalk, so he had pool chalk and candy delivered for us. We will book here again for sure! Communication was amazing!

January in Phoenix typically sees average high temperatures around 67°F (19°C) and lows near 44°F (7°C). This year, temperatures have been notably lower, with nighttime lows reaching 32°F and daytime highs between 50°F and 60°F. Such conditions can significantly affect pool temperatures, making it challenging to maintain warmer water. We understand how this impacted your experience and apologize for any discomfort caused. Your feedback is valuable, and we will explore solutions to enhance our amenities during colder periods. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an improved experience.
