World Class Flamingo Beachfront Villa with 5 Poolside Bedroom Suites!!

This breathtaking beach front estate is truly one-of-a kind. Casa Playa Bonita or 'home on the pretty beach' was given its name by our two sons. This luxury home is 5,500 square feet. It has 5 bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom, making this home a perfect place for entertaining and accommodating multiple families. Each suite has a view of the beach and opens to the outdoor courtyard area and pool. The outdoor courtyard is made up of a large tiled area for lounging and a pool that accommodates all ages and activities. The shallow shelf pool is perfect for floating and sunning in the water or for little ones to play. The main pool is great for swimming laps, water aerobics, or just playing around. The enormous Jacuzzi has lots of seating including lounge seats for the ultimate foot or neck massage as you overlook the beach.

Casa Playa Bonita consists of 2 wings. The main wing is made up of 2 bedroom suites (each with a king bed), a gourmet kitchen, living room/dining room, private bathroom, maid's quarters, laundry facility with 2 washers and dryers, an outdoor grilling area and poolside bathroom. The second wing consists of 3 bedroom suites (2 suites with queen beds and 1 suite with 2 twin beds). One of the queen bedrooms and the twin bedroom have an optional adjoining feature to provide flexibility for families with children.

If you don’t want to venture too far from the property, our home will provide you with the ultimate place to rest and relax in the lap of luxury. The home is constructed with custom finishes and furnishings and incorporates the beautiful wood and stone of Costa Rica with elegant style and design.

Additionally, we are extremely fortunate to have an amazing couple who work to take care of our home. Herman and Blanca are a married couple that tend to the home. They speak only Spanish but Blanca has been working on her English skills and we seem to understand each other pretty well without a translator. Herman and Blanca come daily and will see to every detail of making your stay relaxing, comfortable, and carefree.

We offer a private host/concierge who speaks both English and Spanish. They will work with you prior to your trip to arrange transportation details, excursions, chefs, stock-your-fridge, etc. Additionally, they will greet at the house upon your arrival and will be at your service for your entire stay.

Our home is nestled in a beautiful setting of trees where Howler monkeys come to play. We often see families of them in the trees as we play in the pool. Our children eat mangoes from the trees and pull fresh limes as needed when we make fresh ceviche or guacamole. We have a one 2 man sea kayak and two single man sea kayaks as well as boogie boards that add to the adventure. We delight in the ability to rest and refresh ourselves in our beautiful Costa Rican home. We know you'll love it, too!!

We offer free long distance through a Vonage line that allows you to call the US for free. Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): Two of the suites and the main house are all on one level. There are 3 shallow steps going from the main entrance to that level.
