Rich double-crown moldings, granite finishes, and meticulous Spanish Colonial décor create a luxurious retreat with 9 bedrooms, 9½ bathrooms, and space for up to 26 guests.
The living room features large bay windows that open to a generous veranda with breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy the wood-paneled home theater with leather seating and a 63-inch screen, or explore the library filled with books. The home offers ample space, including security safes in all bedrooms, an entertainment cinema, a professional kitchen, a lavish dining area, a sit-up bar, and expansive hallways. Casa Taj is designed for maximum comfort and a memorable stay by the sea.
Guests can sleep in 9 individually air-conditioned bedrooms. The home includes 9 full and 1 half bathrooms. Experience the unique charm of three "open-air" bathrooms located in bedrooms Mono, Peces, and Cactus. With ceilings reaching 3 meters and open space (no windows) above 1.50 meters, these spaces offer a delightful blend of outdoor ambiance and indoor comfort. Above this height, the space is either left empty or covered with a grid/lattice, allowing natural light and ventilation to flow freely.

• Bedroom #1 (Licor Room): 1 King bed bottom + 1 Twin bed top; 1 Queen bed bottom + 1 Twin bed top
• Bedroom #2 (Playa Room): 2 Bunk beds (same setup as Licor Room)
• Bedroom #3 (Amor Room): 1 King bed (In the Amor Bedroom, there are no windows as they were sealed, so it relies solely on artificial lighting for brightness)

• Bedroom #4 (Pura Vida Room): 1 King bed
• Bedroom #9 (Cactus Room): 1 King bed (Open-air shower)

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen with marble countertops includes a breakfast bar. Bartender service is available upon request (extra fee). Please note that the kitchen, living room, and dining room are only accessible via stairs (2nd floor).
The mansion also features 2,000 sq. ft. of covered balconies, wrapping around the house with ample seating where you can enjoy the Pacific coast's vibrant sunsets. The nightly rate covers an occupancy of 18 guests (based on 2 per room).
We charge for additional guests in 2025:
• $170 + 13% taxes/night in high season and holiday weeks
• $151 + 13% taxes/night in mid-season
• $113 + 13% taxes/night in low season
Rates will increase in 2026 to:
