Welcome to our downtown oasis, hidden in the heart of Sayulita. Casa Conchita is a vacation rental property that has been home to travelers and families from around the world for over 8 years. Our surf shack units are comfortable and safe studios perfect for 1-2 people looking to relax while being only steps away from the main beach and the town plaza. Nestled above our families coffee shop (cafe miscelánea) you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and a delicious meal at ease.
The surf shacks are outfitted with new queen beds, kitchenette basics (mini fridge, toaster, coffee pot, hot plate, plates and utensils), and are serviced with AC and WiFi for our working guests. The outdoor patio area is a great place to relax and enjoy Casa Conchitas property between beach outings.
Our staff is always on call to provide any and all assistance needed during your stay with us!
We offer 25% all surf/SUP lessons or tours to guests, and offer hiking/biking/fishing trips locally for people looking to really soak up all Sayulitas wonders.

Cozy and centrally located
We had a great time in Sayulita, and the Downtown Surf Shack was great for us. It is very small, but there is a nice outdoor patio for chilling after a day at the beach and a perfect breakfast spot just below. It is located right in the middle of what's happening and a very short walk to the beach. It was perfect for us. We are a close couple who prefers to stay away from luxury.I will note, however, that it may not be perfect for just anybody. The noise from the nearby bars and clubs is extremely loud, especially on weekend nights. I would recommend ear plugs and/or noise-cancelling headphones. The shower is either scorching hot or freezing cold, and it seems impossible to get it just right. We are fine just going with the flow, but if these things bother you, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.For us, it was just right, and I don't think you'd find any better bang for your buck!
