Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels You can leave the used towels in the Laundry Room, or leave them in each bathroom for the cleaning team to take care of them.
Throw trash away All garbage has to be inside trash bags. Please take the garbage to the bin outside. Remember, do not place non bagged items in bin.
Turn things off Please make sure to turn off all the lights before leaving the house. Thanks!

The Golf Crew

The property was perfect for our golf trip. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house has a wide open kitchen/dining room/family room area that opens to the pool/patio. The only negative is some of the furniture is getting worn out, and should be replaced.Overall a very good place.

Disney Wedding

We had family from all over the country coming for our son’s wedding!! This house was PERFECT! Everyone kept commenting on how nice it was to have their own space and bathroom for the amount of people staying in the house. Easy communication, which helped me so much with all the planning that went on! Highly recommend, especially if you have a large number of people!

Beautiful home!!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful- VERY clean. The amenities were great. Well-stocked kitchen. The bathroom towels were new and luxurious. Guillermo (house manager) was very responsive and helpful. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth it. (note* the hot tub does not get 'hot' but Guillermo informed us of that ahead of time, so we were not surprised). The grill was functional and very clean. I really HIGHLY recommend this home!

90th Surprise Birthday Celebration

Famiky and friends came from different states to celebrate my mom 90th birthday. The amount of rooms, space, bathrooms, 2 fridges, use of the garage, the location was perfect. I stayed in the resort back in Aug 2020, so i love Sonoma, but everything about this property was everything. Hope to rebook for Dec 2025. Loved the way Guillermo checked up on me to see how everything was going...

Great Location

We stayed here for our daughter's volleyball nationals and the location was great and easy to get to Orange County Convention Center. There was a lot of food wihin 2 mi radius including a Super Walmart, Neighborhood Walmart and Publix. Check in and checkout instructions are very easy probably the easiest we've ever come across. But we did come across a few issues during our stay including a weird smell when we first arrived, so we just went to the store and grabbed a spray. Our first night the bottom floor's hot water didn't work. We did get that fix right away the next day since the property owner responded immediately. The ice machine on both refrigerator despenser didn't work, and the dryer on the bottom didn't work as well. I would recommend to bring your own fan if your a hot sleeper since there are only a few rooms that has a fan. The room we stayed in only had a lamp so when it was dark outside we could barely see when we were packing. I really wanted to give this a 5 star since we had so much fun staying in this place, but there were multiple issues that came across during our stay.
